Crochet is a process of forming real lines through the yarn, then creating planes, shapes and volumes. Crochet is a monotonous activity and takes quite a long time. This activity made me think about other things and also recall past memories. Memorabilia is about the memory that presented by an object. When I do crochet I remember the first time I was taught to crochet by my mother, and how I developed this crochet technique on my own. Of course many things happen in the life of every human being, how time continues to pass through with pain and pleasure. My work is about how I bring back a sense of past memories.
